1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Chill Neon Snake, operated by Kronia Technologies Co., Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Chill Neon Snake is a free browser-based HTML5 game. Optional premium features are available for a one-time purchase of USD $2.00. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access premium features, create an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for your credentials and all account activity. You must be at least 13 years old.

4. PREMIUM ACCESS

Premium access grants all cosmetic customization options and the Full Light ability (up to 3 uses per round) upon payment of USD $2.00. It is non-transferable and does not expire.

Cosmetic items are purely aesthetic and do not affect gameplay balance or competitive fairness.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use cheats, bots, or automation scripts; not to reverse-engineer the Game; not to exploit bugs without reporting them; not to use the Game commercially without written consent.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the Game is the exclusive property of Kronia Technologies Co., Ltd, protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided on an as-is basis without warranties. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kronia Technologies Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (maximum USD $2.00).

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
