When you purchase Chill Neon Snake Premium for USD $2.00, you receive immediate access to all premium features. Because digital access cannot be returned, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

3. EXCEPTIONS

We may consider exceptions at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions. Contact us within 7 days at hi@kronia.vn with your order details.

4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary outages or maintenance do not constitute grounds for a refund. If we permanently discontinue the Game, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

5. CHARGEBACKS
